Please allow 2-3 business days for your order to be processed and shipped, excluding public holidays. Your order will be shipped standard ground shipping via USPS. Please be sure all shipping information is correct when placing your oder. If you have questions or concerns regarding your shipment, please contact us at Hello@LoRusso.Co

International Orders: At this time, we are not shipping outside of the united states.

EASY RETURNS

We believe in the quality of our products and hope you love them as much as we do. However, if you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return unused, unworn, unwashed items within 7 days of arrival for a full refund. All returns must be approved by LoRusso prior to return shipping.

Please contact us at Hello@LoRusso.Co to authorize a return. Customer pays return shipping costs. Return must be postmarked within 7 days of receiving the original shipment. Original tags must still be attached. Items that have make-up or deodorant marks or other stains will not be accepted for a return or exchange. Returns that do not meet our guidelines will be sent back at your own expense. You have the option to apply return shipping costs on your credit card or have the item(s) sent back in a future purchase. We hold unacceptable returns for 30 days. After 30 days, the items will be donated to charity.

Please note: All sale items, under garments and health + beauty items are final sale.

HOW TO RETURN:

Contact LoRusso via email at Hello@LoRusso.co and notify us of your exchange or return.

Please include the following items in your package:

-The items you wish to return/exchange
-The original invoice

We do not offer free shipping on returns or exchanges. Once your return is received, your return or exchange will be processed immediately. Once approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your credit card or original method of payment. It may take up to 5-7 business days to see the refund in your account. 

LoRusso & Co is not held accountable for any items lost in transit. Please make sure to save your tracking number.
